The skirt is short and is tied like a pareo. It has a wide waistband and decorative strips on the side in a solid wine red color. The rest of the skirt is in printed tulle with a double layer, the one on top is tulle and the one below is made of the same fabric as the waistband. A skirt that does not disappoint!
